Welcome to Allerton URC

We are a welcoming and friendly church serving  Allerton and our surrounding community.

Why not come along and see what we are about?

We are pleased to welcome everyone to our site. We are currently experiencing around 240 on-line visitors a week, some of whom are regulars but we were also pleased to see around 210 new people last week. You are all equally welcome.

Do  take a look around  at what we are up to.

Look  at  our   What's On page for details.

There's always lots going on and something for everyone. Look at our What's On or Regular Activities pages for information about our regular, (weekly or monthly) and forthcoming, events.

This week, on Friday 6th December, our Open Doors Coffee morning will be a special Christmas Coffee Morning at 10.30 am until 12.00 noon. There will be books, nearly-new clothes, a raffle and seasonal refreshments.

And, next weekend, on Saturday 14thwe have the 22nd Allerton Beavers' Christmas Nativity in aid of Claire House. Doors open at 4pm for a 4.30pm start. There will be a raffle in aid of Claire House, with fabulous prizes, and donkey rides for under-12s at £2 per child.

And also, later the same day,  we host the Bentley Operatic Society's Christmas Night of Song  at 7.30 pm.

Do please come and join us for any, or all, of these events.

To introduce our neighbours to all that our church has to offer, we have distributed welcome leaflets around the area. Do take a look at it if you have received one. If not, you may pop in to church and pick one up for yourself - just ask. Or, if you are outside our area, you may view a pop-out version of it on our Church News  page. Scroll down to February and you may download and print one off for yourself.  We shall be pleased to see you at any of our services or community events.

If you like, you may read an on-line copy of our monthly church magazine, Messenger, in colour, by clicking here.

We are easy to find and if you need any assistance with special needs then please get in touch before your visit.

For Directions have a look at our map page.
